Terms of Service

The Internet store (hereinafter referred to as the Store) sales its products via the website, on the basis of these Terms of Service (hereinafter ToS).

The ToS is an integral part of the contract concluded with a client.
The condition of the contract is acceptance of the ToS by a client.
The prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (the company is not a VAT payer).

Orders can be placed in the following way:
- via a form available at the Store's website,
- via e-mail sent to the address displayed at the Store's website,
- by phone; the phone number is available at the Store's website in the Contact tab.
The condition enabling completion of an order is providing of the data by a client enabling verification of him/her. The Store accepts the order placed via e-mail or by phone. The Store is entitled to refuse an order or to impose a payment method if the order raises any justified doubts about the authenticity and reliability of the data or the payment method.
The parties are bound by the information placed at the Store's website at the time of an order, in particular: the price, range of the system functionality and its features.

A client can choose from among the following payment methods: wire transfer (currency: € Euro) or Visa / Mastercard credit cards.

Pre-configured access to the system is sent via e-mail to the address entered into the form.

Discount codes can be applied by entering them in the order form. On the grounds of a code a discount is calculated automatically.
Each complaint is considered individually within 14 business days.

A client is entitled to 14 day free tests of the service (this time may be extended). A client is not entitled to withdraw from the contract.
